Tracey Rossetti is a top-notch professional! I listed a house with her at the end of September, 2020. A great amount of time and energy was spent discussing strategy and marketing the property. Ms. Rossetti used a professional Real Estate photographer to make sure the house appeared flawless in the marketing materials, and she and her assistant helped me stage the house to its greatest advantage. Less than one month later we were in contract, WAY over asking price! During this challenging time of Corona she made sure we, as the Sellers, and each and every Buyer who came to see the house, followed all proper protocols to ensure everyone's safety. She and her assistant really care about their clients as well as the community and neighborhood they live in. They kept us apprised, before and after, every appointment. Her assistant even assisted us in ridding the house of unwanted furniture after the sale! She and her team are the most thorough Real Estate Agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
